“why oh why oh why!? I first placed a dainty red shoe into the "2 Brewers" in the summer. I must say I was expecting a scene from Studio 54 to welcome a gal like moi; instead? I got a full-on slap in the face from dirty, sleazy, old men!
Where were all the young gay hotties? I had heard that Clapham boasted some of the yummiest tottie, I was hoping for the odd-secret bisexual (wink wink) alas! Nigh! It wasn''t to be... I went home alone.
However, on a higher note: they played a Judy Garland/Donna Summer megamix that I had never heard before and they had the cleanest smellling facilities!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“i went to the 2 brewers for the first time a couple weeks ago on a saturday night and had a very good time the staff were friendly and bubbly an dhelpful and efficiant and the music was pumping in the back room and very cheesy and camp classics in the front room all in all a great night out”

“he 2 brewers is a pub combined with a club, open everyday up to 2am and 3am on Friday & Saturday. The 2 Brewers do not have any back room. The club is good place to relax in a friendly atmosphere, laid back with a mixture of gay and straight, girls and boys.”

“The front room's friendly with good music, cabaret and fun live acts. Even though I'm not gay I got dragged in on a friday night with some gay friends and found it quite a good laugh. The back room's a different story altogether and I wouldn't really recommend it to anyone who isn't gay. It has a no-nonesense cruisey atmosphere, it's almost exclusively male and very full-on and I found some of the leather guys quite scary! Maybe it's just like that on Fridays.”
