Opened by Gordon Ramsay in 1994 and having retained a Michelin star and three AA Rosettes for over 10 years, Aubergine in Chelsea serves classic French haute cuisine that has been celebrated by residents and restaurant critics alike. A part of the London Fine Dining Group, the warm elegance of Aubergine perfectly complements the exceptional seasonal dishes prepared by Executive Chef Miles Nixon and Head Chef Christophe Renou, whilst the front of house is impeccably managed by Francois Bertrand, formerly of Le Gavroche. Beautifully presented by the knowledgeable and polite staff, the various dishes on the menu can be accompanied by an extensive selection of delectable French and British cheeses, as well as a wide range of fine wines, exceptional vintages and exquisite champagnes sourced by the in-house sommelier. Highly recommended Aubergine is a renowned destination for enjoying an innovative dining experience that always satisfies.
