Cable London Description

The arches underneath London Bridge have a long and illustrious history, and have been used as dance halls since the war. From the early days of Acid House to the present day, the venues under London Bridge have been a bastion of the underground scene.

Cable has emerged as the culmination of all that has gone before. With an unprecedented license granted by Southwark Council, Cable is taking things to a whole new level.

Cable has been designed to give the best possible experience within the space. Three rooms comprising two arenas, three bars and a chill out gallery, give the club a capacity of a thousand people. Yet the whole venue has a feeling of intimacy, unusual for arches with 35 feet high ceilings. The rawness and beauty of the space has in no way been compromised by the design, as so often seen with railway arch development. It is truly a celebration of our industrial heritage.

The sound system is truly awesome. The latest offering from Nova, sees their new allign technology's first installation worldwide. It has to be heard.

By the virtue of its name, Cable aims to deliver the absolute best in cutting edge music and visuals. Whilst delivering the up and coming talent of tomorrow, the club will play host to some of the worlds most established and legendary talent.

With so much change having taken place over the last couple of years, it seems fitting, if not essential that London is given a fresh, new and seriously exciting slant on the club scene.

It's been a long journey and tough one, but Cable is here and warming up. Get Ready.

Customer Reviews for Cable

“Came down for Renaissance ...... LINE UP - AWESOME! STAFF - i've never been to a club where the security are so nice very suprised! bar staff efficient and friendly. DRINKS PRICES - most London clubs charge a huge amount for drinks wayyyy overpriced but Cable's drinks were pretty reasonable e.g. £4.00 bottle of carlsberg.”

Loved

"I was so impress when we walked through Brompton Quarter Brasserie's door, it is spacious, sophisticated and the staff were friendly and professionals. The food is simple and delicious, they have a gourmet..." Which venue is this?

Hated

"The staff was awful: rude and obnoxious. Bouncers made the evening really miserable by being rude and condescending to all who entered including me. Completely unwarranted for such a small unremarkable..." Which venue is this?
