Customer Reviews for Cape Bar

“The area that we was given was perfect for the amount of people that turned up to the pub and also the food that we ordered was very good.
We all had a good nice all in all, which was also down to the staff and the atmosphere that the pub generates. The only moan I have is that the football score on the night was different.
Many thanks”

“I recently visited Cape with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. We ordered a selection of tapas that was really enjoyable and great for a group to share. We found the staff to be kind and helpful. We will be going back for any future celebrations or just for a drink after work. ”

“The food is vile. My compagnon had fish and chips which looked like they had been taken from a frozen dish and microwaved, fish was completely dry. My lamb burger (normally a good option!) was similarly inedible, even the potato wedges looked shrivelled and unappetising. Place was half empty, which says a lot. Avoid the food, but drinks are reasonably priced for the City. Staff are unresponsive - I think that's down to a language barrier. If all the other places closed in the area, and there is little choice at the moment, I would go back but not until then!”
