“We did indeed have a lovely time at the Cape and the service was excellent. We all have been to The Cape before, either as a team or individually which is why we thought it would be perfect to go again for lunch. Thanks for your efficient service & for making our lunch enjoyable. All the very best!”

“I’ve been to take Cape on more than one occasion and it never disappoints. I never have to wait for food longer than 20 min and if its busy I make sure I call too pre order because my brake is only 1h. The thing that I probably like the most is the staff. They always make sure my food is ok and that I get it they way I like it. The only thing I would suggest would be probably putting the candles out more often. It can get a little dark there sometimes. It’s also a shame they don’t have an outside area because the place would be 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend.”

“The area that we was given was perfect for the amount of people that turned up to the pub and also the food that we ordered was very good. We all had a good nice all in all, which was also down to the staff and the atmosphere that the pub generates. The only moan I have is that the football score on the night was different. Many thanks”

“I recently visited Cape with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. We ordered a selection of tapas that was really enjoyable and great for a group to share. We found the staff to be kind and helpful. We will be going back for any future celebrations or just for a drink after work. ”

“The food is vile. My compagnon had fish and chips which looked like they had been taken from a frozen dish and microwaved, fish was completely dry. My lamb burger (normally a good option!) was similarly inedible, even the potato wedges looked shrivelled and unappetising. Place was half empty, which says a lot. Avoid the food, but drinks are reasonably priced for the City. Staff are unresponsive - I think that's down to a language barrier. If all the other places closed in the area, and there is little choice at the moment, I would go back but not until then!”

Loved

"Kyashii is a fantastic restaurant. With an excellent central location and an intimate, but very classy interior, it was a pleasure to dine here, especially next to the built in wall fish tanks. The Champagne..." Which venue is this?

Hated

"Firstly the location, don't come here unless you like parking at the back of a dodgy industrial estate and hunting for the restaurant amongst blocks of flats. We arrived for our meal and were told there..." Which venue is this?
