The idea for Gourmet Burger Kitchen originated in New Zealand. Innovative New Zealand cuisine over the last five years has extended to incorporate 'food on the go' such as burgers. Where once the traditional burger was seen purely as a fast food option, gourmet burgers have knocked tradition on the head. Gourmet Burger Kitchen has created a nutritious sophisticated product using the best and freshest ingredients available. Gourmet Burger Kitchen is about fresh quality produce, handled and prepared with care to produce exceptionally fresh and delicious food. To complement their food, they have developed clean, relaxed, smoke free, licensed restaurants where you can enjoy their burgers.

“I thought I was just going for a burger with mates but how wrong was I. These burgers are the best I have ever eaten and I do consider myself a well travelled conoseiur of these kings of the fast food chain. The Kiwi burger is massive, with very fresh produce and rivals the best of the gourmet burgers you can find in New Zealand (home of the Kiwi gourmet burger) or anywherelese for that matter. The fries were big and fat with a delicious aioli mayonaise plus tomato sauce.
