The Park Terrace (Closed) London Description
Given its location by the exclusive shops, palaces and museums of Knightsbridge, The Park Terrace offers a surprisingly rural retreat in a chic, English country garden setting. Head Chef Chris Tombling serves up an accomplished, summery, all day menu until the end of September.
In the morning, perhaps over a glass of freshly squeezed apple juice and poached eggs on toasted muffins, marvel at the quintessentially English spectacle of the Household Cavalry riding past on their way to the changing of the guard.
In the late afternoon, when the sun is at its best, sink into Traditional Afternoon Tea with delicate sandwiches and assorted homemade cakes and pastries including freshly baked scones, coffee éclairs, fruit tartlets, crème brulée, and melt in the mouth raspberry and lemon verbena macaroons.
Quite simply, there couldn’t be a more idyllic al fresco location for breakfast, lunch, tea or dinner in Knightsbridge.
