Since it's glittering opening on the evening of July 13th 2001, The Shadow Lounge has become a mecca for the great and the good - disco diva or dance-floor dandy, and as the capital's No.1 gay venue, it still remains the hottest social point in town. The club continues to attract attention from celebrities and media alike. With its emphasis on quality and comfort, The Shadow Lounge has been designed to make your night out as pleasurable as possible. The private members club has received a reputation for a service level unparalleled by any comparable venue. The Shadow Lounge has delivered to London a venue where you can enjoy either an evening relaxing with friends or alternatively dancing the night away to light lyrical funky lounge sounds produced by one of our resident DJ's. There is an extensive cocktail list to choose from with your selection being created by one of the talented bar staff making them even more of a pleasure to drink. On entering the club you are greeted by one of the attractive and friendly hosts who will whisk you down the stairs into a sensually lit space that entices you in. Above the dance floor is a ceiling that is embedded with thousands of fibre-optic strands. The new sound and lighting systems have helped create the perfect clubbing sanctuary. Nowhere else in London will you find a venue that goes from being a chilled lounge bar in the evening into a throbbing dance club at night.
